All rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full

Remember when I was at my alma mater's graduation ceremony of Jiangcui Elementary School, there is a couplet saying: “All rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full. Pine and cypress are evergreen just like noble people will have perseverance all the time.” After 40 years of graduation, I reunited with my teacher Mr Zhang and Mr Luo, I still benefited greatly from this passage.
I am a self-demanding person and believe that we should keep improving ourselves and nourishing KSA so that we will not be defeated by the wave of the times. Including increasing knowledge (K) in school, learning coping skill (S) and expanding interpersonal relationships in workplace, and establishing values and attitudes (A) in life. Someone said that a company or a team comprises 90% executors, 7% promoters and 3% decision-makers. I was aimed to be one of those 3%.

In addition, I also realized that one’s worldview affects the breadth of vision. Therefore, I knew English communication skill was significant since the beginning of my business. I wanted to get out of Taiwan and look at the world. Although my career had just started and the work was overwhelming, I kept studying English hard every day for 19 years. I insisted on looking up the dictionary every day and the company’s name “MEAN WELL” was also from the dictionary at that time.

In recent years, I felt that the sustainable development of corporate needs to be kept pace with the times. I am currently studying EMBA at Fu Jen Catholic University and founded SDG College. I want to be a coordinator, coordinate corporate culture and employee relations. Maintain an upward, kind, and happy mind, and hope to lead by example and influence from top to bottom. Initiate a corporate culture and lead MEAN WELL toward Centennial Benchmarking Enterprise!
