I, Lin Guodong, want to uphold the brand value of good intention and sincere corporate culture and create a better environment for the next generation!
This donation will positively impact society, contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises, and uphold the values of good intentions.
The specific donation arrangements are as follows：
- Sponsorship of charity: I will donate 100% of the shares of MEAN WELL Enterprise Company to the MEAN WELL Charity Foundation and entrust the remaining 60% to the Hua Nan Bank Lin Guodong Charitable Trust Fund to support the SDG Group's sustainable development charity events.
- Charity use of land property: Voluntarily hand over the houses and real estate owned by myself to the management of the MEAN WELL Charity Foundation, with a management period of 20 years. The ownership still belongs to the founder, and the subsequent inheritance matters will be handled following the current laws and regulations.
- Cash: I have the remaining cash (including NT$10 million, US$1 million, and RMB 2 million for daily expenses and related purposes). The excess amount will be used for scheduled three to five-year public welfare activities by the MEAN WELL Charity Foundation, and the remaining balance will be donated to charitable organizations. The SDG Sustainability Exhibition Tour, planned from 2024 to 2027, will promote the SDG Group's sustainable development concept globally and expand the "I Love Tamsui River" event on Shezidao in April 2028, advocating the idea of protecting water-related ecosystems.
- Lifelong volunteer: Plan to hand over the chairmanship of the MEAN WELL Charity Foundation in November 2024; resign as a director of MEAN WELL Enterprise in June 2026, retain the title of founder of the SDG Group, and continue to contribute as a lifelong volunteer of the SDG Group.
